Doctor Kracker 
Klassic 3 Seed - crisp breads 
I saw this product at fresh market so I decided to try it.
Pros:

• Tastes good 
• One cracker which is pretty large contains 100 calories and 3 grams of fiber and 5 grams of fiber
• Organic 
• All natural ingredients 
• First ingredient is whole wheat flour

Cons:

• Price is kind of expensive $4.49 for one box of 8 crackers 
• The cracker is thick and hard so it's a little hard to chew on
• Harder to find, not every store carries it

Bottom Line:

• If you don't mind paying the price this tastes good and can be a great snack with avocado salad on top or low-fat cream cheese and tomato.
