What i've been eating lately



Fresh fruit with low-fat cottage cheese, plain yogurt, and honey for breakfast or snack! 

Put out assorted yogurts during breakfast - if it's in front of your face you are more likely to eat it!

Put out assorted fruits, yogurt, cottage cheese, kefir, whole-wheat toast, and jam (100% fruit) for breakfast with friends or family.  Delicious and healthy! 
Quick tip of the day:

  1. Walk around to see all the available foods before serving 
  2. First use a large plate for salad and veggies
  3. Use small plate for protein and side orders 
  4. Serve 2-3 items per plate 
  5. Sit facing away from the buffet
