I marinated the brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and Mrs. Dash table seasoning mix and roasted in the oven at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes. They came out delicious!!! So easy! and it is a super healthy food.

I ate them as a snack, but grill some boneless skinless chicken breast and you have lunch!
Health Benefits of Brussels Sprouts
- High in fiber! 6 brussels sprouts have 3g of fiber (So were talking about lowering cholesterol, and keeping you full for longer!)
- They have more glucosinolates than broccoli and most leafy greens, a phytonutrient that protects from cancer.
So common, go cook some your self!
