Workout challenge - day 5

Here is today's quick workout:

this is a 10 minutes workout that will work out your abs, glutes, and give you cardio.
You will need a yoga mat. Enjoy!

  • Jog in place 1 minute 
  • Jumping jacks 1 minute 
  • Plank 2 minutes (a)
  • Mountain climbers 1 minute (b)
  • Push ups 1 minute 
  • Crunches 1 minute 
  • Lunges 1 minute 
  • squats 1 minute 
  • scissors 1 minute (c)
